Set of welding table 3000x1500 + tools fi 28

Professional welding set system 28 intended for positioning, fastening and prefabrication of steel structures. The set includes a 3000x1500 mm welding table and the ability to choose one of three tool sets: STANDARD 40, PRO 56 or ELITE 79. The solution has been prepared for production plants, locksmith workshops and stations working under heavy loads.

System 28 welding table for precise positioning of details

The table is equipped with a system of 28 diameter holes arranged in a 100x100 mm grid. Precisely made and chamfered holes enable accurate positioning of tools and working elements when welding steel structures, frames and profiles.

A 15 mm thick tabletop combined with a system of 7 reinforcing ribs ensures high structure stiffness and stability when working with heavier details. Additional holes in the sides of the table in a diagonal arrangement increase the possibilities of mounting elements and expanding the workstation.

Depending on the selected configuration, the set contains from 40 to 79 elements compatible with the fi 28 system. The equipment includes, among others, angles, bumpers, quick-mount pins, clamps, distance towers and extensions used for positioning and stabilizing details.

Welding table 3000x1500 for steel structures and series production

The large working surface allows you to work with large-sized elements and many mounting points at the same time. The fi 28 system is used during mass production, prefabrication of structures, frame assembly and locksmith work requiring repeatability of detail settings.

The table structure has been prepared for intensive use in workshop and industrial environments. The maximum load capacity is 3,400 kg, while the flatness tolerance of the table top is maintained at 0.5 mm over the entire working surface.
